TAKE: Responsible AI governance also requires operational smarts.

India, Artificial Intelligence & Concerns

Responsible AI
is the emerging term to describe the only viable strategy for organizations to navigate their way through the extremes of damning criticism and complete support of the use of Generative AI.

Legal, industry and self-regulation by users are not mutually exclusive - they should all be coordinated where possible. In a fiercely competitive marketplace, with serious issues at stake, organizations should be empowered to benefit from LLMs, while positioned to curtail their risks.

Effective governance requires both some degree of top-down control and operational smarts.
